Following hard on the hoofs of the rain-battered Equerry Bolesworth International Horse Show comes the renowned CarFest North on July 26-28

Just time to get out brush, shovel and wheelbarrow to get everything prepared. What better to follow the horses than a celebration of man's move from four legs to four wheels (not forgetting that our four-legged friends nowadays play an important part of our sporting life and leisure time).

Early news is coming through about the historical world of Vintage CarFest. Visitors will step back in time to discover the cars, music, shops entertainment and food of yesteryear.

Vintage Cars & Clubs
A vast array of classic motors will be on display in Vintage CarFest. Take a trip down memory lane with everything from retired BBC Broadcast Vans and American Muscle cars, to iconic movie staples such as the Blues Mobile and Doc Brown's DeLorean. A superb selection of Vintage car clubs will also be present.

The Pavilion Stage
Hosted by the wonderful Johnny Victory, the Pavilion will feature joyous displays of dance, jazz, swing, big band performances and cabaret shows. You will be able take lessons in famous historical dances.

The Circus
Happy Circus is coming to town! The Vintage CarFest Big Top will be chock full of magical moments, all in the style of The Greatest Showman. Performances will include Illusions, Aerial Silks, Ladder Balancing, Contortion, specialist Sword & Dagger displays, Aerial acrobatics, a whole load of clowns and loads of fun.

Make & Take Workshops
Across the weekend Vintage CarFest will encourage everyone in the family to get stuck in and make a keepsake to celebrate your time spent stepping back in time. CarFesters will also be able to help us 'Yarnbomb' a classic Mini Cooper, ahead of its grand debut in Sunday's Carnival Parade!

Returning Vintage Favourites
Many CarFest classics will return for another summer, ready to wow you once more. The Wall of Death Motorcycle Shows, The Carters Steam Fair, Traditional Tea Rooms, Vintage Barbers & Hairdressers, Vintage Clothing, Antiques and Toys.

Tattenhall can be proud to have such prestigious world-class events on its doorstep, not forgetting the benefits that accrue to various charities.
