Seventeen year old Ben Woodburn's dream came true when he made his first team debut in the 92nd minute at Anfield in Liverpool's 2-0 victory over Sunderland.
With Lallana and Sturridge injured, Ben was making his first appearance on the substitute's bench and then with just a few minutes to go, Jurgen Klopp brought Ben on to replace Wijnaldum. Ben is the third youngest player to appear in the team and at a younger age than Robbie Fowler, Steven Gerrard or Michael Owen.
Ben has been playing regularly and has been a prolific goal scorer in the U23 team.
