Beer Festival Reaches 'Record High' of £3,900 raised for Charity

Staggering as it may seem, over the last 5 years, the Tattenhall Beer Festival Committee has raised +£15,000 – yes, over FIFTEEN THOUSAND POUNDS, for charity.

We have supported Macmillan, OPAL (twice), Claire House Children's Hospice, The British Lung Foundation, The Children's Society, North West Air Ambulance, Save the Family, Mind for better mental health, The Neuro-Muscular Centre, Chester Aid to the Homeless and Breast Cancer NOW.

The 13th Tattenhall Charity Beer Festival which took place earlier this month, achieved an unprecedented outcome.

Whilst Storm Callum battered Tattenhall, and whilst we wondered whether you would be sufficiently brave to venture outside, the Beer Festival Committee is thrilled to announce that together we raised £3,900 for charity.

This amount is absolutely amazing and is testimony to the commitment of our local businesses and to you, the community, who have again supported this premier fund-raising event within our community, and for that we thank you,
