Armistice Centenary Celebrations

Home » News » Armistice Centenary Mtg.

Sunday 11 November 2018 marks the Centenary Anniversary of the Armistice (the end to the hostilities of The Great War). Tattenhall would like to commemorate this significant occasion in style with a range of events and activities for all ages.

The weekend will be co-ordinated by the Community Pride Committee of the Parish Council and, although over 18 months away, we need to start planning now.

With this in mind an open meeting will be held TONIGHT Wednesday 3 May at Alison's Coffee Shop 7.30pm. Any person or organisation who would like to contribute or be involved in any way is invited to attend.

If for any reason you cannot make the meeting but have thoughts or ideas you would like to put forward please send to Mrs J Dutton, clerk to the council. E-mail:

We look forward to seeing you there.
