All Good Things Come to an End – Not Quite! A date for your Diary!

The Rural Living Well Project has been an absolute asset to the village.

Both Tattenhall Online and the PPG (Patient Participation Group), have been promoting 'Use it or Lose it'.

However, all good things come to an end (well, not quite).

• Yes, the healthy eating project 'Feel Good with Food' is finishing in the Spring.
• BUT the great news is that 'The Strength and Balance Exercise and Falls Prevention Class' is continuing every Monday but in a slightly different format. We know that this has been a really popular and well attended class – only last week this member of the Webteam popped down to the Community Room and it was terrific to overhear individuals saying that they felt they had greater mobility and confidence.
• Grace (the local instructor currently delivering this alongside the Healthbox CIC) will continue to run the 'Strength and Balance Class' for a very small charge – watch this space.
• Friendships have been forged and fitness and well being have been achieved, so we urge you to continue with this class – a small charge makes it sustainable in the long term.
