Alison's Cafe donation scheme for Charity

At Alison's coffee shop, in the centre of the village, there is a large book shelf full of pre loved books. They are sold for a donation (suggested a pound) and the money all goes to the Countess of Chester renal unit.They have raised over £1300 pounds and and say that it is a privilege to be able to collect for charity in this small way.

Why not pop in and get a new book or if you have spare books drop them off.
