Did you know that Tattenhall is a 'Sandstone Ridge Village'.

There are actually 44 parishes which lie within the boundary of the Sandstone Ridge and, of course, we are one of them!

The Sandstone Ridge Trust which protects and manages the Ridge, are to host a a 3-day event at Beeston Castle on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 21, 22 and 23 July — 11am-4pm daily.

So, 'School's out for Summer' ....

which can only mean ....

take your children along to this 'Festival of Archaeology' as well as enjoying the Castle itself!

Normal admission charges apply.
