Administrative Assistant Needed for Legal Office

 

 

We are looking for a bright, intelligent, personable person to assist with the office administration.

They need to be computer literate! Training in our data base and call management systems will be provided.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Taking incoming calls/messages
  • Assisting with Management of the post
  • Assisting with keeping the conference rooms presentable
  • Typing of transcripts
  • Greeting visitors
  • Photocopying and binding
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assisting with preparation of bundles for Court
  • Assisting with management of closed files
  • Updating of contact lists
  • Scheduling meeting rooms
  • Making tea/coffee etc for clients -- ordering refreshments for client meetings as necessary

Full time (office open Monday-Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm)

Salary: £13,500 — £14,500, relative to candidate's experience

Start date: Immediate
