Production week is nearly here!

Steel Magnolias, a beautifully written, bittersweet drama/ comedy is coming to Tattenhall next week. Come and see the stage at the Barbour transformed into Truvy's Hair Salon, Louisiana, 1984/85.

It possibly is the first time that TADS have put a play on in September – done this year so we can squeeze in another one before Christmas. (TBH we are still working through the list of plays that were scheduled prior to lockdown). Maybe it's because of summer, other events (Chester races/ Tattenhall wedding) or just busy lives, but sales have been slow, especially for the Saturday night – which traditionally sells out first.

So, this is a last push for ticket sales – it's a great date night, bottle of wine with friends night, let's celebrate the kids being back at school night, I remember the 80s night! We are so lucky in Tattenhall to be able to have a top-quality night of theatre in a beautiful setting and still be able to walk home.

Thurs 12th , Friday 13th, Saturday 14th Sept, curtains up 7.30pm.
