A festive time was had by all on Saturday as the Parish Council held their Children's Christmas parties at the Barbour Institute.
Children aged 0 to 5 had a wonderful time dancing, playing games and taking part in fun activities led by Katrina who runs Diddi dance in Tattenhall.
The older children enjoyed a Christmas movie called 'Arthur Christmas' eating pop corn and ice cream. Both parties had a Special visit from Santa who gave out some early gifts!
The Christmas Market took place in the afternoon and at 5pm Santa popped back to switch on the tree lights at the Millfield whilst people were offered free Mulled wine, hot chocolate, brownies and 'Alison's' famous mince pies.
Thank you to everyone that joined us and to the volunteers helping.
Don't forget that Santa is visiting Tattenhall again on Thursday evening.
