110 houses on Tattenhall Road – Have your Say

The above Planning Application has been registered with CWaCC. It is for the erection of up to 110 residential dwellings off Tattenhall Road, with access north of the Keys Brook. The development framework plan is attached. This is in addition to another proposal for 110 houses on Chester Road which is the subject of a Parish Council Meeting next week.

Any comments on the application have to be submitted to CWaCC by 7th August
