And it won't be a teddy bear's picnic! There's a lot happening in the Spinney Project – check out the exciting developments taking place right now – as shown in the photos. There are new pathways emerging amongst the thinned out trees, as well as board walks and footbridges. There'll be a pond-dipping area too. Some of the area by 'the triangle' is being cleared, and picnic benches and tables will be installed. In keeping with nature conservation procedures, bird and bat boxes will be provided, and the planting of wildflower seeds and bulbs.
