PPG: August 2019
Organised by your PPG (Patient Participation Group), this is our first 'Family Health Hub Day'.
Our combined patient footprint is +8000 patients over a wide rural area.
Lots of individuals and groups have combined to provide an action-packed day full of useful tips, activities, healthy eating, mindfulness and well-being in support of healthier lifestyles for all of us.
Full details are in our poster (see below) and can also be viewed in the next PPG Newsletter which will be tucked inside the September issue of the Parish Magazine.
So, save the date — 14 September, 10-4pm.
On this occasion we are holding the first Family Health Hub Day in Farndon BUT it is open to absolutely everyone who is registered with either surgery.
