Tough Team Race 2025

Congratulations Tattenhall Runners!

Another tremendous Tough Term Race – Friday 20th June 2025

84 teams of 3 – some 252 runners!!

Well done all runners – a fantastic achievement to take on such a challenge in the hot conditions and tough terrain.

First in were the team Jake Brown is a Jogger, from Vale Royalclub: John Humphries, Sam Whitehead and Aaron Doyle, in a time of 01.00.20.

Second in were Team C from Wirral Athletics Club: Rob Grantham, James Mackie and Dan Hopwood – 01.01.30.

The first female team were the Buckley Bandits: Lucy Tilston, Jennifer Rambaldi and Jane Doughton. – in a time of 01.20.57.

It was a great evening, with families and friends gathered at the Flacca and urging runners on as they made the final circuit around the cricket field and up to the finish line.

Well done to all those involved in organising, stewarding, registration and timing, providing refreshments and all other aspects of the event!

Great community spirit and camaraderie all through the evening.
