There are two meeting today which will have an important impact on the future shape of Tattenhall.
The first is a meeting of the CWAC Planning Committee to discuss and reach a decision on (among other items) the application ( 25/02070/FUL) to build 110 dwellings on Chester Road. Full details of the meeting are shownHERE. This meeting will take place at the 1st Floor Committee Room, Ellesmere Port Library, Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BG. and starts at 4 PM. Although the Tattenhall Parish Council object to the application, the CWACC Planning department are recommending acceptance. There will be 3 minute speeches from the applicant, an opposer, our Councillor, Mike Jones, and a representative of the Parish Council before the decision is made. It is an open meeting and attendance can have a considerable influence on the Committee.
The second meeting is of the Parish Council at 7:30 PM in the Barbour Institute. An item on the Agenda is to review the "Review of Regulation 14” report and updated modification proposal and approve the submission version of the modified Tattenhall and District Neighbourhood Plan ready for submission to CW&CC. This Neighbourhood Plan is the principal way the Parish Council can influence the future shape of Tattenhall.
