Neighbourhood Plan Review

At the Extraordinary Parish Council meeting held on Wednesday 25th March the attendees were reminded that the Tattenhall & District Neighbourhood Plan (TNPR) has been updated, and all residents are invited to send their views to Tattenhall & District Parish Council before Monday 13th April before it is issued to CWaC to process.

It is important that residents understand the Neighbourhood Plan and have the chance to make their comments before the process begins. The final action of the process is a referendum within the Parish. If it is rejected at the referendum stage, the Parish will be viewed as having no valid Neighbourhood Plan and allocation of land for building will be out of the control of the Parish Council and will be decided by CWaC.

Please make time to review and send your comments before it is too late.

The TNPR may be reviewed HERE, or paper copies can be viewed in St. Albans Church or Tattenhall Library.
