2 weeks to go before Tattenhall Annual Show Schedule 2026

The signs are going up around the village announcing this years Annual Village Show. You cant miss some of them! This may be the last Annual Village Show is there someone out there who can take on the organising??

Attached is the Tattenhall Annual Show schedule for this year – September 6th 2026 in the Barbour Institute.

Entries cover a whole range of things from  arts , photography and crafts to cooking, a childrens section and then fruit, vegetables and flowers. With refreshments of  tea and cake. It has been a  challenging  year in the garden – so you might just win  with whatever is your best.We think this may well be a different sort of show.( Lots of pumpkns??)

Now is the time to look through the schedule and plan your entries – do you have a good photo- do you paint, crochet, knit, sew, bake?

This show is open to everybody. The small committee of the Garden Society currently organise it, but it is very much for the whole village.

The  Garden Society  committee have made the   decision that this will be the last show that they can organise. So unless someone or some group can take on its  organisation, this long standing village tradition will go.
