The Tattenhall Amateur Dramatic Pantocompleted its short run of performances on Saturday.
It was a glorious community event, all performances were a sell out. It involved children, teenagers, young and old adults!.
The jokes lived up to the panto traditions, – "Oh no they didn't!".
The singing was great, the cast all knew their stuff- no-one fluffed their lines,, and everyone really enjoyed what they were doing.
The costumes were a tour de force- all repurposed or handmade by the supporting team.
The set was cunning, allowing ghostly things to happen, with arms, heads and faces!
The plot – well it was pantomime! We all enjoyed it- and laughed a lot-( ah that was one of the characters-" Laughalot")
The comments on Tattenhall News FB were all extremely complimentary.
So if you missed it, you missed a treat but the next TADS production in the autumn is Calendar Girls-( Really???) Given the standard of the pantomime this should be a great production!
A big thankyou and congratulations to all involved. All of this took lots of hard work and energy, and its great the village has this talented team of people who can entertain us so well!
