To help keep you moving, your practice going and help with relaxation, Emma Malone and I are doing some on line classes which you are welcome to join.

• Pilates With My Voice – Audio files for all of her pilates classes (except spiky ball class) these are available on Whats App group, you will need to contact Emma to be added to the appropriate group.
• Pilates In Pyjamas – Two zoom classes per week, one mixed ability pilates and one spiky ball class, Limited spaces available.
• Pilates At Home – You tube channel, Emma is creating a private you tube channel with short video clips including spiky ball work. Contact Emma if you would like to join any of the above. 07771345009

• Monday 7.00-8.00 – Yoga For Relaxation & Breath work-All
• Tuesday 12.30-1.30pm – Easy Does It Yoga Stretches-Standing postures only, for those who find floor exercises difficult – All
• Wednesday 12.30-1.30pm – Hatha Yoga – All
• Wednesday 7.00-8.15pm – Hatha Yoga Flow & Breathwork(pranayama) – Some experience of yoga/pilates
• Thursday 12.30-1.30pm – Hatha Yoga Flow – All
• Thursday 6.30-7.30pm – Hatha Yoga – All
• Friday 12.30-1.30pm – Easy Does It Yoga – All
• Friday 4.00-5.00pm – Wind Down Yoga & Breath work-All
