Road Closure – NEWTON LANE on 28/09/26 (TRO24087 & 24088)

NEWTON LANE  will be closed on 28th September 2026 to enable defect patching work and patching with saw cut edges (areas 1m2 to 5m2) by Colas Ltd and Cheshire West and Chester Council.

The closure may continue in force for a maximum of five days; however, it is anticipated that the works will take approximately 1 day to complete.

Alternative routes (see map) : through traffic should proceed via:
Newton Lane 2 (28/09/2026 08:00 to 29/09/2026 16:00), Burwardsley Road, Newton Lane, Newton Lane, Tattenhall Road, Birds Lane, Tattenhall Road.
