Mark not only launched his fantastic dining experience at the beginning of 2017 in Lynedale House on the High Street in Tattenhall but also tastefully developed available accommodation in this beautiful 19th century building.

It's the excellent food that's the big draw at Allium, the first solo venture from Cheshire chef Mark Ellis, who has twice represented the North West on the BBC's Great British Menu. They also have five comfortable bedrooms if you fancy making a night of it and staying over.
