PPG Spring Newsletter

You will know from recent articles that the PPG has been more than busy and that the completion of the 'Patient Participation Survey' has been an initial goal. So pleasing has been the response and, in order to increase our sample size still further, we have extended the completion deadline to 14 April 2018. CLICK HERE to take part in the survey.

As a 'critical friend', the PPG will seek to provide a patient voice and to empower those that are served by the practice. Importantly, this is a two way dialogue in which patients and the practice work together in, for example, improving communication, identifying topics of mutual interest, encouraging improvements where possible, and increasing patient awareness and satisfaction.
