Ashley Wall (AW) has appealed to the Secretary of State against CWaC's decision to refuse his application (13/01329/OUT) for up to 30 dwellings to be built on land to the rear of 15-38 Greenlands, Tattenhall.
The Planning Inspectorate (PINS) in Bristol will decide the case on the basis of written representations which must be with them by 25 July.
CWaC confirms that all previous representations will be considered by the Inspector and so only new points should be submitted.
Please note that anything sent must quote the reference APP/A0665/W/3202053.
Emery Planning (AW Consultants) has submitted their Appeal Statement and, for information, the Friends of Tattenhall have produced two detailed documents in response.
The first of these deals with planning policy matters relevant to their Statement; the second deals on a point-by-point basis with specific evidential matters raised in the Statement. The Friends believe this Appeal Statement has many weaknesses and expect/hope the Inspector will take a similar view.
The Friends of Tattenhall documents will eventually be available on both the PINS and the CWaC Planning Websites.
Below is a summary of the Friends' evidential objections. This is not intended as a sample letter but serves to inform our readers.
The appeal documents can be inspected on the Council's website at www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk.
Should you wish to view the documents at the customer contact centre, please contact the Council to arrange a suitable date and time.
You can get a copy of one of the Planning Inspectorate's "Guide to taking part in planning appeals"
booklets free of charge from the Planning Portal at www.planningportal.co.uk/pcs
When made, the decision will be published on the Planning Portal.
