Take it easy Yoga Class – so popular is yoga within the village, that Lynn is offering this new 'take it easy class' which takes place on Fridays 11.00am-12noon. This involves qi Kung breathing exercises and relaxation. Give it a try, take control, time out and learn to unwind.
